Processing & Shipping Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production.
Standard shipping times vary by location, but typically range from 3–10 business days after fulfillment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!
Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or incorrect address.
However, if you receive the wrong item or your item is defective, please reach out and we will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, we recommend contacting your local post office.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement.
After that, the order goes into production, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
